RADCOM offers for its clients a permanent line of support and intervention. Notifications are received by phone, fax and email listed below:

Purpose
After receiving a call, the customer service operator is mandated to record the referral using a trouble ticketing application. This application is meant to create (open) a ticket which will accompany the intervention (repair) throughout the diagnostic and solving them.
Presentation procedure for taking complaints from customers RADCOM.
The procedure for notifications/complaints are received by phone number 0318.244.007:
- An operator will answer with a greeting text.
- Next, the operator will record your client and describe its appeal.
- At the end of the call, the customer will receive a trouble ticket ID that will be useful in any subsequent calls.
- Once the operator has been notified, it will make the necessary actions to remedy the problem, will contact the customer and it will ask for confirmation that the problem has been solved.
The procedure for complaints received by email support@radcom.ro
- All email messages received from RADCOM clients on support@radcom.ro, will generate trouble tickets on the application software and will be communicated to the customer. Next it will proceed to comply with section 4.
The procedure for complaints received by fax 0212.321.068:
- All fax messages received from RADCOM clients on phone number 0212321068, which represents the notification/complaints, will result in tickets on the application software and will be communicated to the customer. Next it will proceed to comply with section 4.
